B2C Login Endpoints Update
This is a mandatory update we had to make to the Microsoft login URLs used for B2C accounts. Microsoft deprecated the B2C URLs they used in the past, and had a deadline of January 15th to switch from the old, to the new URLs. More detail of the change on the Microsoft end can be found here.
This allows B2C authentication to be used to login to Enterprise sites. So external users are now able to be invited to Enterprise sites for a unified & consistent experience for all users. This functionality also encapsulates the following two items:
- Prevent Email Address on Invite from being changed - When external users were invited to a site, they were able to register and sign-in with a different email address than what was specified in the email invite. This is now locked down so that users are only able to use the email that the invite was sent to.
- Admin specifies authentication method - When inviting a user to a site, the admin can now also choose which authentication method the user should log in with.
