Important Notice - Regarding Microsoft Custom Scripts

We would like to inform you about a recent Microsoft change that is impacting two of our products, LiveTiles Enterprise and LiveTiles Designer. We are aware of the issues this may be causing, specifically with saving or editing pages in Designer and accessing the Webparts folder in Enterprise Classic.

Recommended Workaround:

If you encounter any of these issues, you can apply the following workaround to enable custom scripts again. Detailed instructions can be found here: Persist custom script settings. Allow or prevent custom script in SharePoint

To prevent SharePoint from resetting custom script settings to their original value across the entire tenant, follow these steps:

Download the latest SharePoint Online Management Shell. If you have a previous version installed, go to "Add or remove programs" and uninstall "SharePoint Online Management Shell."

Connect to SharePoint as a SharePoint Administrator in Microsoft 365. Instructions can be found in the "Getting started with SharePoint Online Management Shell" guide.

Run the following PowerShell command:

Set-SPOTenant -DelayDenyAddAndCustomizePagesEnforcement $True

Our team is actively investigating this change and working diligently to address it. As we approach November, we will provide you with further updates and next steps.

In the meantime, if you have any questions or require assistance, please do not hesitate to reach out to our support team.
