Bug: Search box tile special characters not accepted

Fixed an issue where special characters could not be used in the search box tile.

Bug: News Tile closing a modal window or slider reloads the tile

Resolved an issue where the closing the news tile modal it would cause the page to reload.

Bug: Installation banner displayed on root site collection when navigating

Resolved an issue where the install banner was being displayed when navigating.

Bug: Sharepoint App bar coving page in design view

Resolved an issue where the Sharepoint app bar was coving part of the page in design view.
