help with inconsistent 'last modified' date/time stamps in announcement list

Question:

I'm looking for some help with the modified and date/time stamps. For example, in the screenshot below of an announcement list, on the preview it shows the last modified date of the article, but then when you click through and down the bottom of the article under the image it displays a different last modified timestamp that is incorrect. I've checked the regional SharePoint settings and they are set correctly. 

Troubleshooting steps: 

1. Check your regional settings in the LiveTiles Design subsite, that setting needs to be set to your correct time zone as well.
2. Navigate to the page design view, then click the settings cog and choose the regional settings and check to see if the regional settings are consistent. 

This should do the trick!
