Introducing the new Reach Analytics
Reach now integrates Matomo, a powerful, privacy-focused analytics platform that ensures full data ownership and regulatory compliance, including GDPR. This integration enables organizations to gain deep, actionable insights into user behavior while maintaining complete control over their data. Reach Analytics delivers robust tracking capabilities, real-time reporting, and advanced segmentation to support data-driven decision-making.
Enhancements and Fixes
- Added support for HEIC image format.
- Introduced new “Image Quality” settings (Reach App > Settings > Customization). When “Use original image quality for banner” is enabled, banner images retain their original resolution and quality.
- Introduced new “Profile Card” settings (Reach App > Settings > Customization). These settings allow administrators to control the visibility of user properties by enabling or disabling corresponding toggles, including Mobile Number, Company, Address, and Additional Information.
- Improved performance and usability on touch-screen devices.
- Resolved issues related to Events, including timezone inconsistencies and filtering behavior.
