Page Designer Landing Page

Discover, create and manage content from your Design Landing Page.

 

After you have installed LiveTiles Design you will be directed to the Landing Page. By default, the page will have the Templates section displayed.
The Landing Page is the one content management source. Here is where you access created templates, edit sections and tiles, activate integrations and more!

Help

In the Help dropdown menu, you will have access to our support channels.

Contact Support

Select this option to contact LiveTiles customer support.  It will open your mail client and populate the email address field with support@livetiles.nyc.

Knowledge Base

Directs you to our Knowledge Base, a great resource for articles discussing product capability, installation, FAQs, page layouts and more!

Customer Community

Our internal Yammer network where customers, LiveTiles team members and LiveTiles partners engage in and share Best Practices, Tips and Tricks, Product Updates and more. There are also opportunities to be the first to get your hands on new product features and be a part of our Beta testing groups. 

Ideas Portal

Have an idea for a better user experience? Let us know here! Submit an idea and monitor the status of your idea in the portal. The more upvotes,  the higher it moves up to the Product team. You can also view other members ideas and upvote and expand on the idea in the comments section.

 

Manage 

Create and access content in LiveTiles Design.

Groups

Add and Delete users to LiveTiles Designers and/or LiveTiles Owners groups. These users will have permissions to create and make edits to pages/templates/sections/tiles.
Owners have control throughout your network, whereas Designers can be limited to only edit certain pages.

Templates

Access created templates. Display in ascending/descending order; in List or Card format.

User Tiles 

Access and upload custom tiles. Display in ascending/descending order.

Sections

Access and create Saved Sections. Select from Fixed Width or Responsive canvas design.

Integrations 

Link accounts from O365, Box, Dropbox, Google Drive and OneDrive to your LiveTiles sites.

Palette

Create and customize branding colors for your sites and pages. From here, Permissions can be granted to Designers to create custom colors.

Intercom 

The internal chat support available 24/5. From here enable/disable the chat support option on your sites.

Intelligence 

Monitor and manage page activity. From here enable/disable Intelligence tracking.

 

Create New Page/Import Page 

Create New Page

Select from the three type of canvases, and if desired from the available recommended templates for each canvas type.
From here you can assign a title, background color and font. If a template is not needed, simply choose a canvas and select Create New Page.

Upload Page

If you do not want to start from scratch or have a template for pages, upload previously created and exported pages/templates.

 

Design Gallery

Fully designed page templates available for rebranding and exporting.

 

Recent Pages

Quick and easy access to most recently created and saved pages.

 

LiveTiles Intelligence/Enable intelligence 

If Intelligence is enabled, this monitors page usage.

 

Tips and Tricks

Directs user to our YouTube channel where you will find short clips for Tips & Tricks and Best Practices.
