Access denied when saving LiveTiles Intranet Design pages

Description:

Users with LiveTiles Design permissions can edit the pages but cannot save them. This error is displayed when the page is saved

Cause: 

The users does not have Edit permissions on the SitePages library or library where the page is being saved. 

Resolution:

• Go to the SitePages (or where the page is saved) library and click Library Settings
• Click Permissions for this document library
• Ensure that user has at least Edit permissions to the library
