Page Designer- Install and Register Intelligence

Please note: LiveTiles Intelligence is not supported in all ADFS environments. Please check with your Sales or CSM contact for additional information, or reach us at support@livetilesglobal.com for additional information.

Prerequisites

User is both a tenant admin as well as in the LiveTiles Owners or Designers group for the site collection into which you are installing Intelligence.

Enabling Intelligence

Step one

Go to the LiveTiles Page Designer Landing Page, Navigate to the Manage dropdown menu. Select Intelligence

Step two

Toggle to Enable Intelligence. Click Save

Step one

Now that you have enabled Intelligence, head to a page. At the top of the Page Designer banner, click on Intelligence, select either Heatmap or Insights. A Slider will appear from the left side of the page

Step two

Select your Data Region from four Regions: US West, US East, Australia-Southeast, UK-South 

Step three

Accept Terms and Conditions and START USING INTELLIGENCE!

Collecting Data

You will notice, you will have no data. It will be an average of two hours before you will be able to view page interaction stats.
