How to favorite contacts in Microsoft Teams

Microsoft Teams gives you a fast and easy way to chat with staff from across your entire organization.

You will definitely have colleagues you need to chat with more often than others, like immediate teammates and managers. Teams makes it easy to favorite your most frequent contacts.

Here’s how

1. To favorite a contact, for easy access messaging and calls, find them in your recent chats list, hover over them, and click the three little dots.
2. Then select the “add to favorites option” and there they are!

You can easily view your favorite contacts by clicking the contacts button next to your recent chats.
