One of the best things about using Microsoft Teams is how easily you can cut down on emails by asking quick questions using the Teams chat function.
Chat is also a great way to stay connected with your colleagues in a fun, fast, and informal way, sharing news, photos, and GIFs. This social engagement is particularly important right now, with so many of us now working from home.
But you also want to make sure your chats stay organized. Follow our step-by-step video showing how to pin chats, so your most important and frequently used conversations are right there when you need them.
Here’s how
- Got to your recent chats on the left side of the Teams screen.
- Click the three little dots to the right of the staff listed in the chat.
- The select “pin.”
- The pinned chats will come up in a new “pinned” list above all the other chats.
