Chats on Microsoft Teams make sharing information with teammates a breeze.
But if you’ve got a lot of chat conversations on the go in Teams, you might be finding it hard to remember which is which.
If you’re struggling to keep track, naming your chat can help you categorize conversations by topic, team, project…anything you like. If you’re struggling to keep track, then this simple tip can help.
Here’s how
- To title a chat, select the chat in your recent list and then click on the pencil icon next to the participants names.
- Add a title relevant to the chat and it’s that easy!
You can also search for this title in the search bar to locate the chat later.
