Service menu v1
Wizdom Service menu is a control placed near the top of pages based on a Wizdom page layout. The control is normally hidden and appears when the service menu icon is clicked. The standard layout is shown below, in this case with 6 links displayed as tiles and starting with "Wizdom Feature List":

Service menu v2
Wizdom service menu v2 is located at the bottom of the page - called My Tools. The control is hidden until My Tools is clicked.
The links are configured from Wizdom Administration -> Modules ->Service Menu and it is also possible to enable users to personalize the links in the Service menu.
System Administration
In Wizdom Administration select the module Service menu. The Properties tab is shown below:
Properties
Enabled: This setting determines if the Service menu should be enabled in Wizdom site collections. The control will only appear on pages if this checkbox is checked.
Enable V2: This setting lets you switch Service menu to version 2.
Template: The main template used by the Service menu. The standard template is simplelist.html or simplelistv2.html.
Template Buttons: The template used for link tiles in normal browser mode.
Template Mobile Buttons: The template used for link tiles when space is restricted in mobile mode.
The next three checkboxes are used to select what types of personalization that should be allowed.
Allow personal links: This setting allows users to add personal links to the Service menu.
Allow user to delete predefined links: This setting allows users to hide predefined links in the Service menu.
Allow user to sort predefined links: Allow users to change the order of predefined links
If personalization is enabled, users will have access to a link editor by clicking a pen symbol located after the rightmost tile. The link editor is the same as described in the Predefined links paragraph below.
Predefined links
This tab is used to create and edit the predefined links that are displayed in the Service menu. The Service menu module uses the editor from the Link Collection module in order to create and edit links.
It is possible to organize links in categories, but the standard template is designed to be used with all links placed in a single category.
Links
When Add predefined link is clicked the link dialog is shown:
In the dialog it is possible to enter "Name", "URL" and "Description" for the link, and whether the link should be opened in a new window or not. The image is optional, links will look like "Claims Management" above, if no picture are specified.
Finally it is possible to specify an AD group. In this case the link will only be visible for members of the specified group.
Existing links may be edited by clicking the "pen symbol" and deleted by clicking the "trash can symbol". It is possible to sort links by simply dragging them to a new location.
It is also possible to select and add Corporate links by clicking "Add corporate link" in the Predefined links tab. Corporate links are created and administrated from the Link Collection module.

Replaced at runtime with the current users department url.
