There are three ways to give users access to the LiveTiles Reach subscription.
Azure AD connect
When you connect LiveTiles Reach to your organization's Azure AD, all users in your organization can automatically access LiveTiles Reach. No special permissions are required to use Azure AD for user authentication only. You can simply log in with any user from the AD you wish to connect to. This is because user authentication is an open service provided by Azure AD. If you also want to use Azure AD groups in LiveTiles Reach, or if you want to perform a user search, you will need administrator privileges. However, this can be done in a later step.
Invite users by email
If the email addresses of the users are known, the users can be invited via email invitation. The users will receive an invitation email with which the user registration can be done.
Self registration allows users to join your LiveTiles Reach subscription without you having to invite them individually. You will get a custom link, which you can give to all potential users. Everyone who has the link can request access to your LiveTiles Reach subscription. All users who requested access are listed on this page. You can then accept or reject them. Once a user is accepted, they will receive an email and can start using LiveTiles Reach.
